Seasonal Beers
Approximately every other month, Ise Kadoya brews a seasonal beer. We brew some old favorites but we also like to also experiment from time to time to push our own imaginations and test our mettle as brewers to produce something out of the ordinary or something that simply isn’t available in this part of the world. Judging from the response we usually get, it seems as though our customers are just as beer crazy as we are. English Dark Ale
Thoroughly roasted malt is the key to our rich and flavorful English Dark Ale. Its graceful taste and smooth body is the perfect accompaniment with sophisticated hors d'oeuvres. The deep color and texture of this dark ale may disguise itself as a stout, but one sip and you’ll taste the difference.

Wheat Ale
One look at a glass of our Wheat Ale one might imagine it to be just another gentle Weizen, but once you smell the aroma and taste the strong and aggressive American-type hops mixed with a milder wheat protein finish, you’ll know this wheat ale has it own voice. Our Wheat Ale has a wonderful flowery and hoppy flavor—similar to an American Pale Ale—yet the wheat gives a much gentler texture to finish on. Sophisticated enough to satisfy the toughest craft beer enthusiast but sweet tempered enough to be enjoyed by beginners.

Lambic Style White Peach
This Belgian style Lambic is made for people who don’t follow the status quo malt beer crowd. Young hops are usually preferred when creating malt beers—but this is not your usually brew, no, our Lambic Peach uses 2-year old mature hops and yeasts that includes various kinds of microbes to create a complex and very unique taste. Our Lambic includes refreshing white peach, creating a delicately dry body and a slightly sour finish.

Triple Hop Ale
This beer is extremely popular among our Pale Ale fans. Our recipe and its particular mix of three different kinds of hops creates a more complex and richer flavor than our Pale Ale by extracting the optimal amount of flavor and bitterness to create a clean finish. This Triple Hop Pale Ale has a short shelf-life since it is quickly snapped up by our fans.

Blonde Ale
We have created an ale that finds the perfect balance between bitter and sweet—full bodied yet slightly astringent, aggressive yet smooth.
We like to say that Pale Ale is like a mischievous kid, Brown Ale is like a young man who possesses an intense fighting sprit, Stout is the confident grownup, and Blonde Ale is the modest and mature adult. Blond Ale is the perfect ending to any day.

India Pale Ale
India Pale Ale was originally intended to stand up over long voyages, loaded with hops to keep bacteria levels low. Our IPA may no longer have to endure long voyages, but we would never think about changing this recipe—to the delight of our hophead fans.
Taking cues from lessons learned for making our pale ale, our IPA achieves an unequaled balance from each ingredient to form a stable and strong body with a clean aftertaste.

British Pale Ale
Our British Pale Ale is made from three kind of European hops to create a graceful, mature and complex flavored ale. Without the bite of an American-style Pale Ale, our BPA has a well-balanced all-season beer that goes well with anything. Never overpowering, this BPA is for people who are looking for relaxation and calmness.

Amber Ale
Using British Kent Golding hops, this gentle-flavored ale reminds us how beer used to be, uncomplicated and reliable. Compared to our pale ale or IPA, this European-style amber ale never overpowers and can go with any meal. Our European Amber Ale has a large following among craft beer fans.

Gritotte Cherry
Using our Wheat Ale as a base, we add Griotte Cherry in order to ferment with the wheat. The end result is smilier to a Belgian-style Lambic, yet is slightly sweet, more restrained and not as sour. Because of the higher sugar content our Griotte Cherry Ale produces a higher alcohol content and mixes well with the cold winter months.

Imperial Smoked Porter
Most beers are made from roasted malt but this is not most beers. Our Imperial Smoked Porter is made from the highest quality smoked malt and the smokiness is clear as soon as you take your first sip. This rich and complicated porter is considerably darker than our pale ale but not as heavy as our stout and surprisingly smooth. It has a strong but surprisingly refreshing hoppy flavor that comes through the smoke before the warm, high alcohol finish spreads throughout your pallet.

Rye Ale
Based on the Finnish Sahti-style beer, this spicy strong viscous ale’s texture is more like a “meal in a bottle.” While most rye ales are brewed with 20% rye, we take our rye ale to another level by using more than 40% to achieve richer and fully body. Since Rye Ale requires a lot of work and time, we can’t brew it too often so watch our schedule carefully and get this distinct beer while it’s available.

Scotch Ale
Brewed with Scottish yeast—famous for its strong alcohol tolerance, our Scotch Ale once got a rousing endorsement from the famous "beer hunter", Michael Jackson on a visit to our brewery. Despite a higher than usual alcohol content at 7%, the first impression is fruity and smooth. It possesses a soft texture and strong and stable body with a strong finish. You can taste the elegance and tradition of Scottish brewing in our Scotch Ale. This is a great beer during the cold winter season.

Genmai (Brown Rice) Ale
Based on our award-winnning Pale Ale recipe, our brewmaster Nakanishi took it to another level and added "arare"—roasted brown rice to create a truly innovative and thoroughly Japanse-style beer. The resulting "genmai" flavored ale gives a refreshingly crisp hoppy flavor and a bitter finish. This recipe even made some Japanese microbrewers stand up and take notice—a true rarity even in Japan.
